Book NowBehavioral Health Therapy - ART
ART (Accelerated Resolution Therapy) is a brief, structured psychotherapy that helps people resolve distressing memories and symptoms by reprocessing how those memories are stored in the brain; often in as little as one session. ART integrates eye-movement techniques with image re-scripting to reduce emotional and physiological reactivity while clients stay in control throughout the process. Through ART, clients are able to erase negative images associated with the memories, resulting in the elimination of corresponding triggers while preserving the factual memory.
