Ariel Paup (Sciuga) achieved her Masters in Clinical Mental Health through the University of Nebraska at Kearney, and is currently completing her License in Alcohol and Drug Counseling.
Ariel received her Bachelors of Arts in Psychology and Sociology at Hastings College. She has 5 years of experience in working with at risk children and families; helping them navigate the foster care system and improving the functionality of families and individual wellbeing. Ariel also has years of experience working closely with individuals of developmental disabilities.
Outside of work and school, you can find Ariel spending time with her husband and family, staying active with her two dogs, and being involved within various community programs.
Ariel upholds an existential and holistic approach, incorporated into cognitive behavioral therapy. This allows for her to explore multiple avenues, individualizing treatment based on the needs for each of her clients. You can find that her services are available in person, in the schools, or over Telehealth. (Located in Grand Island)
