Sara is an independently licensed mental health practitioner and licensed clinical social worker. Sara has over 7 years working with children, adolescents, and adults in a mental health setting.
She received her bachelor’s degree in social work at the University of Nebraska at Kearney. She then received her Master of Social Work from the University of Nebraska at Omaha.
Sara has experience working with veterans through the Veterans Administration mental health setting. Sara has also worked with individuals with developmental disabilities. She continues to work with children/adolescents via telehealth in school settings to address struggles with anxiety, truancy, and other behavioral struggles.
Sara has a passion for working with individuals who may have anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, grief/loss, and child/adolescent behavioral disorders.
Sara enjoys spending time with her family. She can often be found chauffeuring her children to all of their activities , growing flowers, and enjoying time outdoors.
Sara offers mental health services via Telehealth. She strives to make services available to patients and meet them where they are at in their daily lives. Sessions offered via Telehealth allow the patient to feel comfort in their surroundings and maximize their time spent on services without the hassle of commuting or weather.
